    What Are Your Remedies?

If a product covered by this Limited Warranty is found to be defective during the warranty period, Desktronic will, at its option and at no charge to the consumer, repair or replace the defective part(s) or replace the product or the affected portion of the product.

If Desktronic determines that repair or replacement is not practical or cannot be completed within a reasonable time, Desktronic may elect to refund the purchase price paid by the consumer in exchange for the return of the product.

Replacement products will be shipped at no cost to consumers within the UK mainland only (excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, and other offshore UK territories). For shipments to addresses outside these areas, the consumer is responsible for applicable shipping costs.

Repair or replacement (or, in limited circumstances, refund of the purchase price) is the consumer's sole and exclusive remedy under this Limited Warranty. Desktronic does not assume, and does not authorise any person to assume on its behalf, any other obligation or liability in connection with the product.
