Sharing pays off

It's a program for Partners who refer friends and family to Desktronic. By joining, you agree to use the program as described in the Referral Program terms and conditions, and you're bound by them once you register.

Anyone 18 or older can apply – this isn't a specialised affiliate marketing program, so it's open to creators and customers alike. Registration isn't guaranteed: Desktronic reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to approve or deny any application, and there's no legal recourse if your registration is denied.

Your Partner link is generated automatically, and you can create additional links for a single product or collection of products. The link itself doesn't expire – what's time-limited is the cookie it sets, which tracks the referral for 30 days from the click unless stated otherwise.

During that window, any purchase by the referred customer earns you a commission without them needing to click again. Tracking only works if cookies are enabled, so Desktronic can't pay rewards on activity from users who reject or clear cookies.

You may also be assigned a discount code, with usage details shown on your dashboard – you're not authorised to promote a code you haven't been assigned. You're welcome to share your link or code on your own social media accounts with your community of friends and family.

If a customer clicks multiple Partners' links, the last link clicked before purchase is the one that counts. If a customer clicks your link and then enters a discount code at checkout, the discount code takes priority over the link – and you won't receive a double commission in that case.

When a referred friend or family member places an order, you earn a commission based on the order value. You need to set your payment details in your Partner account to get paid.

Commissions are released only after the 30-day customer refund window closes, and transactions with chargebacks or refunds aren't eligible. Any commission tier or percentage steps are applied automatically based on your performance – you don't need to inform Desktronic or take any action for these to take effect.

Yes, the minimum payout threshold is £50. If your balance is below the threshold, you won't be paid out that period, but the balance can be redeemed as Desktronic store credit at full value.

The marketing resources tab provides promotional media such as banners, logos or collection promotions, which you can download or embed via HTML code to share with friends and family.

Yes, you can withdraw at any time by emailing collab@desktronic.com Withdrawing doesn't cancel any outstanding obligations or forfeitures from prior violations of the terms.

Desktronic will send a final report detailing all commissions earned up to the termination date and pay those earned commissions per its standard payment policies – unless those commissions were forfeited due to a violation of the terms.
