Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be thirty days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last partial delivery or the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Edgaras Kateiva, Naujoji g. 2, LT-89101 Mazeikiai, Lithuania, info@desktronic.co.uk) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of Revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We will collect the goods. We will bear the cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties, and functioning.

Special Instructions
If you finance this contract with a loan and later revoke it, you are no longer bound to the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly the case if we are also your lender or if your lender uses our cooperation to finance it. If we have already received the loan when the revocation takes effect, your lender will assume our rights and obligations from the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the revocation or return. The latter does not apply if the subject of this contract is the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign currencies, or derivatives).
If you want to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also revoke the loan agreement if you are also entitled to a right of withdrawal for this.
Return Labels
Without prejudice to your legal rights, we will provide you with free return labels for your return shipment. We will send you the return label by email. You can drop off the return shipment at a parcel shop of the respective provider in the UK.
