Consumers have a 30-day right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be 30 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last partial delivery or the last item.

To withdraw from this contract electronically, use the withdrawal function on this page below. Click "Withdraw from the contract", complete the required details, and confirm your withdrawal by clicking "Confirm withdrawal". You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email without undue delay.

To exercise your right of withdrawal by other means, you may also inform us (Šarūnas Bružas, Sandėlių g. 16, LT-89230 Mažeikiai, Lithuania, info@desktronic.co.uk, Telephone (United Kingdom): +44 800 102 6020) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We will collect the goods. We will bear the cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties, and functioning.

Special Instructions

If you finance this contract with a loan and later withdraw from it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly the case if we are also your lender or if your lender uses our cooperation to finance it. If we have already received the loan when the withdrawal takes effect, your lender will assume our rights and obligations from the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return. The latter does not apply if the subject of this contract is the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign currencies, or derivatives).

If you wish to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also revoke the loan agreement if you are also entitled to a right of withdrawal for this.

Return Labels

Without prejudice to your legal rights, we will provide you with free return labels for your return shipment. We will send you the return label by email. You can drop off the return shipment at a parcel shop of the respective provider in the United Kingdom.
